Lulu & Daniel welcome you to the « Bastide » (XVIth century), entirely renovated, linked to their house, with an independant access. There is an incredible view of the world-famous and fortified village of Saint Paul. The 5 different themes of the rooms will surprise you, with “tnt”, wifi Internet connection, a high-quality and high-comfort beds, a fully equiped bathrooms with separate toilets, blown heating as well as floor heating and cooling. This place offers privacy and cosiness to its customers, thanks to its peaceful and quiet environment, surrounded by garden, with swimming-pool and “pétanque” pitch. 300 meters away from the village of La Colle-sur-Loup, 3 Kms from Saint Paul and 12 Kms from Nice International Airport. The “Bastide” is at the heart of the main touristic activities and sights of the region.
Arrival day : we accommodate you between 11:00 am and noon to leave your luggages or between 05:00 pm and 07:00 pm for the access to your room (except a particular request).
Departure day : Check out is before 10:00 am (lets us know if you have particular needs).
You will have available parking, which is closed and within the property.
Breakfast between 08:30 am and 10:00 am (except a particular request). It's a privileged moment which is devoted to you. Various and greedy, it adapts to the desires of each one (rates on the spot). You can taste it outside in terrace in front of the village of Saint Paul, inside in the breakfast room or in your room in privacy and cosiness, depending of your suitability and according to the season. In the room “Poésie Bohème” you will have the privilege to take your breakfast on the privative terrace.
The swimming-pool we also divide it with you. It's secured, but the vigilance of the parents on their children must be constant to ensure their safety and to maintain the calm around the basin. The beach is equipped with deckchairs and parasols.
Towels for the bathroom and pool will be provided to you.
All the inside area is non-smoking, thanks for your understanding.
Animals : our little "westie" Umana , will accompany your stay. We cannot accept other animals.
